Our staff are receiving increasing levels of abuse for doing nothing more than their jobs. They cannot give appointments that are not there and are following guidance from the Doctors regarding who to book patients with and when. We have no control over waiting times at hospitals for appointment and will only call the same numbers as you have been given for more information. Please help us free up our telephone lines by calling them yourself if you are able to.
